Ion Creangă Theatre, together with the Writer's Association in Bucharest - the Playwriting and Theatre Criticism section, initiated, in 2007, the playwriting for children contest 100, 1000, a million stories.
The purpose of this competition, initiated by Ion Creangă Theatre, is to stimulate writers to create new and original plays for children, to support authors, by giving them the opportunity to have their work presented on a professional theatre stage.
